Precision injection therapy, under ultrasound

I'm a naturopathic doctor practicing in Victoria, BC. The core of my clinical practice is ultrasound-guided injection therapy for joint pain and tendon injuries. Some of the main conditions and structures I treat include osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints — most commonly hip, knee, shoulder, and thumb CMC — as well as the rotator cuff, biceps tendon, common extensor and flexor tendons (tennis and golfer's elbow), gluteal tendons, patellar tendon (jumper's knee), Achilles tendon, and plantar fascia (plantar fasciitis).

Many of my patients come to me after first-line treatments such as physiotherapy, massage, and NSAIDs haven't fully resolved their pain or restored their function. Ultrasound guidance allows each injection to be delivered with precision to the targeted structure, rather than relying on anatomical landmarks alone.

Beyond joints and tendons

Beyond peripheral joint and tendon work, my practice includes IV and Iron IV therapy and perimenopause and menopause hormone therapy at Tall Tree Health. I administer aesthetic injection therapy (PRP, PRF, and neuromodulators) at Saint Studio 6.

Where the training comes from

I earned a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria, then completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Three Victoria-area venues

My practice spans three locations: Tall Tree Cordova Bay (most of the week), Tall Tree James Bay (one day a week — consults, IV, and Iron IV therapy), and Saint Studio 6 (aesthetic services). Bookings route by service.
