Aesthetic Injections
PRP, PRF, and Botox — natural-looking results that honour your unique facial anatomy.
Book nowRefreshed, not done over
Aesthetic injections are the precise delivery of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), or neuromodulators to support skin quality, soften lines of expression, and refresh how you look. Done well, they're subtle — the goal is to look like yourself, just refreshed.
For results that still look like you
Aesthetic injections are a fit for patients who:
- Want results that look like them — not a different face
- Are curious about PRP or PRF as a regenerative, autologous option
- Prefer a clinician who'll say not yet or not here when that's the right call
PRP, PRF, and neuromodulators
PRP and PRF (platelet-rich plasma / fibrin)
PRP and PRF use your own blood. A small sample is drawn, processed in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets and growth factors, and reintroduced into the skin or scalp to support collagen production, follicle health, and tissue quality. I prepare PRP using the Arthrex ACP Double-Syringe System — a closed-system kit that produces a clean, consistent platelet concentrate.
- Hair restoration — PRP injections to the scalp to support follicle health and density
- Under-eye — to soften hollows and improve the appearance of dark circles
- Skin rejuvenation with microneedling — PRP applied during microneedling for collagen support and texture
Botox treatments (neuromodulators)
Neuromodulators are precise injections that temporarily relax targeted muscles of expression, softening dynamic lines and giving the skin a chance to recover.
- Forehead lines · frown lines (glabellar) · crow's feet
- Bunny lines (along the nose) · lip flip
- Neck bands · jaw clenching / bruxism (masseter)
"The goal is to look like yourself, just refreshed."
I'm a naturopathic doctor first. If skin quality is being pulled down by hormones, sleep, or nutrition, those work alongside — or sometimes instead of — injections. For patients who want a more biologically-aligned starting point, PRP and PRF use your own platelets to support collagen and skin quality. And I dose conservatively: if a treatment isn't right for you, isn't right for the area, or isn't the right tool for the result you're after, I'll tell you.
Consult and treatment, together
For neuromodulators, the consult and treatment happen in the same appointment:
Consultation and assessment
Your aesthetic goals, history, current skin and lifestyle picture, medications, and prior treatments — an honest conversation about what's a good fit and what isn't.
Treatment plan
The areas to treat and the conservative starting dose.
The treatment itself
Assessment, marking, injection, and recovery. The visit is short. Outcomes are in full effect about 14 days after treatment; results typically last 3–4 months.
A typical PRP / PRF visit includes a consult and the treatment in the same appointment: a small blood draw, centrifuge processing with the Arthrex ACP system, and delivery to the treatment area — by injection (scalp, under-eye) or via microneedling. Effects develop over weeks to months as collagen rebuilds, typically delivered as a short series with maintenance.
Common questions
Will it look natural?
Yes — that's the goal, and the reason I dose conservatively. The plan is for you to look like you, just refreshed. If you want a more dramatic change than I think serves you, I'll tell you, and we'll talk through it.
Is there downtime?
Minimal. Neuromodulator injections involve small, transient marks that fade quickly; you can return to most activities the same day, with a few short-term restrictions. PRP and PRF can leave the skin pink and swollen for a day or two as the growth factors take effect.
How long until I see results?
Neuromodulators typically begin to work in 3–7 days and reach full effect at about 14 days. PRP and PRF results develop more gradually as collagen rebuilds — most patients notice changes over 4–8 weeks, with continued improvement across a series.
How long do results last?
Neuromodulator results typically last 3–4 months. PRP and PRF effects build with a series and can be maintained with periodic top-ups.
Can I combine PRP/PRF and Botox?
Yes — many patients use both. The treatments are booked as separate appointments at Saint Studio 6. At your consult we'll plan timing if you want both.
Will you tell me if I shouldn't get something?
Yes. If a treatment isn't right for you, isn't right for the area, or isn't the right tool for the result you're after, I'll tell you. That's part of what you're booking.
Is aesthetic injection care covered by insurance?
No. Aesthetic injections are not covered by extended health benefits.
